1.1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the md222 platform and all its related services. By accessing, registering, or using any service through the md222 website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1.2 Key Definitions

• "Account" — The personal profile created after registering on the platform.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Proof of identity (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) may be requested before processing any withdrawal or when a certain threshold is exceeded. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Payment Methods

md222 currently accepts transactions through three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (for each method).

3.3 General Transaction Conditions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users who open an account on md222 and make their first deposit receive a 150% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be fulfilled. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 worth of bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses may only be usable on designated games — details will be stated on each offer's page.
• md222 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• md222 reserves the right to review an account if bonus abuse is suspected.

4.4 VIP Program

md222's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

md222 is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. The platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine the outcome of every game in a completely impartial manner. If any user attempts to manipulate or hack the gaming system, their account will be closed immediately.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusive behaviour with other users ("collusion").
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

6.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. Before closing the account, any outstanding balance must be withdrawn and applicable wagering conditions must be met.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

The Bengali version of these terms is the original and authoritative version. In the event of any language dispute, the Bengali version will prevail.
